Yes. You can freeze your plan for up to six months, no questions asked. Your remaining weeks are preserved and waiting when you return.
No. Every plan is built for one person and adjusted weekly based on your progress and your life. The PDF is the starting point; the coaching is the conversation.
Cancel four or more hours before your slot for a full refund. No-shows are non-refundable. The policy is shown again before you pay.
